Role Description This full-time, on-site Développeur web full stack role at Logicat Launch Maroc is based in Meknes. The person in this role will design, develop, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions. Daily responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, managing databases, optimizing application performance, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves collaborating with product and design teams, participating in code reviews, writing clean and well-documented code, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes. The full stack developer will ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements, follow best practices, and provide a consistent, high-quality user experience.
Qualifications

• Strong Web Development and Programming skills, with experience building complete web applications.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development and Web Design to create accessible, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and application architecture.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks and tools commonly used in full stack development (e.g., JavaScript frameworks, server-side languages, relational and NoSQL databases).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code, and to use version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Good communication skills in en_US, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
