About The Role
TAROX AG is seeking a Shopware Web Developer (m/f/d) to join its Marketing team in Lünen, Germany, on a full-time basis. In this role, you will help shape and improve the company’s digital platforms, with a primary focus on its Shopware 6 stores. You will contribute to the technical development of the e-commerce experience, from maintaining and optimizing existing functionality to delivering new features, integrations, and campaign landing pages.
You will work closely with colleagues in Marketing and collaborate across Sales, Purchasing, and Product Management. Your technical contribution will support product launches, digital campaigns, and everyday customer journeys. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership, suggest improvements, and see your work make a direct impact on the company’s online presence. Depending on your experience and interest, you may also support the continued development of the corporate website built on WordPress.

Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in Shopware development, ideally working with Shopware 6.
- Strong working knowledge of PHP, Symfony, Twig, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience developing and adapting plugins, extensions, and integrations.
- Familiarity with API integrations and the technical requirements of e-commerce platforms.
- An understanding of e-commerce processes, user experience, and website performance.
- A structured, independent, and solutions-focused approach to work, including the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Clear communication skills and an interest in collaborating with colleagues across different business functions.
- A dependable, responsible, and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to contribute ideas and take ownership of tasks.
- Develop, maintain, and technically optimize TAROX’s Shopware 6 platforms.
- Build and customize plugins, extensions, and interfaces to meet business and technical requirements.
- Implement new features, functions, and landing pages in close coordination with the Marketing team.
- Provide technical support for campaigns, product launches, and other digital marketing activities.
- Monitor and analyze website and shop performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Investigate technical challenges and resolve them promptly with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, and Product Management to deliver effective digital solutions.
- Where appropriate, contribute to the ongoing development of the company’s WordPress-based corporate website.
