Responsibilities

You will lead the process from the new planning to development of innovative services and products utilizing a wide variety of cutting-edge technologies such as AI, MaaS, FinTech, IoT, and VR, maximizing the value of AI-driven development. At the same time, you will be responsible for all phases from requirement definition to design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations, contributing to the success of projects as a Full-Cycle Engineer.

With the popularization of AI-driven development, the company has just launched a Full-Cycle development team, and the candidate will work together with the company right from the stage of team building.

Furthermore, within projects, you will play an active role across a broader scope that transcends conventional technical domains.

Specifically:

【Full-Cycle Development】

Responsible for all phases of product development, from requirement definition to operations.

Exercise leadership toward project success as a full-stack engineer, looking beyond one's own area of expertise.

Construct CI/CD pipelines and formulate/execute deployment strategies.

Drive the stable operation and continuous improvement of services.

【Project Leadership】

Collaborate with internal project managers, directors, and designers to drive business success from a technical perspective.

Determine the technical direction of projects and guide development teams as a tech lead.

Oversee development teams centered primarily around domestic and Vietnam offices.

【Promotion of AI-Driven Development】

Improve the efficiency of a wide range of tasks—including requirement definition, design, implementation, and testing—by leveraging AI assistance and AI agents.

Evaluate and promote the utilization of the latest AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Windsurf.

Implement the practical application of AI agents such as Bolt.new and Devin.

【Required】

3+ years of practical experience as a technical leader on web system development projects

Experience in cloud development using AWS, Azure, or GCP

【Preferred】

Practical knowledge of design and development processes, such as Domain-Driven Design

Leadership experience in upstream phases, such as requirements definition and basic design

Experience in technology selection and architecture design

Experience with agile development methods, such as Scrum and XP

Project management experience

Experience in improving development efficiency using generative AI

Experience in document preparation for context engineering with generative AI

Backend development experience using frameworks such as Django or Spring

Frontend development experience using React, Vue, or similar technologies

Experience developing smartphone apps using Flutter or React Native

Experience setting up environments using Docker or Terraform

Experience with test automation and test-driven development

Experience developing apps or agents using large language models (LLMs) (e.g., LangChain)

Experience customizing large language models (LLMs) themselves

Experience using AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI Service

*English language proficiency is not required. The company has established an operational environment where all duties can be fully executed and completed solely in Japanese.
