Role Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reinforcement learning environments for backend programming tasks.
- Write backend services and supporting code using Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or Rust.
- Develop thorough unit and integration tests to ensure high test coverage.
- Review code for correctness, performance, maintainability, and security, providing clear feedback.
- Solve programming tasks and document technical reasoning to enhance AI model quality.
- Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team and document engineering decisions.
- Have strong relevant experience in backend software development using Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, or similar technologies.
- Proven experience in building scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and code review.
- Cybersecurity/SecOps experience or exposure is highly preferred, including application security and secure coding.
- Experience working effectively in remote, distributed teams.
