SoftConstruct is on a search for a UI Engineer to join our team.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field
• 2–4 years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 1–2 years of hands-on React experience
• Solid understanding of HTML, SASS (including JSS), and responsive design principles
• Good knowledge of Frontend Development, React, HTML/CSS/SASS, Responsive Design, JavaScript (ES6+), Git, UI/UX Collaboration, Figma Interpretation
• Familiarity with Figma and interpreting detailed design mockups
• Proficiency in Git for collaborative development and version control workflows
• Ability to assess and improve UI/UX designs based on usability and implementation feasibilit
• Knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals and modern syntax (ES6+)
• Bonus: experience with performance optimization and frontend animation techniques

Responsibilities

• Implement responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect user interfaces based on Figma mockups using HTML, CSS (SASS), and JavaScript
• Use React to develop reusable components and manage UI state in a component-based architecture
• Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and performance across various devices and screen sizes
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to implement user-friendly and feasible UI/UX solutions
• Enhance interfaces using modern JavaScript features (ES6+) and front-end tools to create interactive, animation-rich user experiences
• Use Git for version control, including branch management, pull requests, and resolving merge conflicts
• Critically evaluate existing UIs and suggest design or implementation improvements to boost usability, performance, and maintainability
