We're working with a rapidly growing AI software company that is transforming how complex operational and compliance processes are managed within highly regulated industries. As the business continues to scale, they're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their growing engineering team.

This is an opportunity to work on challenging technical problems, build AI-powered products used by enterprise customers, and take ownership of features from concept through to production. You'll be joining a high-performing engineering environment where autonomy, learning and impact are genuinely valued.

The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll work across the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with product teams, subject matter experts and fellow engineers to deliver scalable software solutions.

You'll be involved in:

• Building and enhancing AI-powered applications.
• Developing customer-facing features across frontend and backend systems.
• Designing and building APIs and third-party integrations.
• Scaling products as customer adoption grows.
• Improving application security, reliability and performance.
• Taking ownership of deployments and production releases.
• Contributing to technical decisions and product direction.

Technology

You'll work with a modern technology stack including:

• TypeScript
• React
• NestJS
• PostgreSQL
• AWS
• Terraform
• Docker

What We're Looking For

We're interested in engineers who combine strong technical foundations with a desire to learn and take ownership.

You'll likely have:

• Experience building and supporting production web applications.
• Strong full stack development experience.
• Experience designing APIs and integrations.
• Good understanding of databases and system design.
• Experience working within cloud environments.
• A security-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive approach and willingness to own problems through to resolution.

Bonus Experience

Any of the following would be beneficial:

• AI or LLM-powered applications.
• GPT, Claude or Gemini integrations.
• Compliance or regulated industry experience.
• ISO 27001 or GDPR exposure.
• OCR, document processing or multimodal AI systems.
