Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to join PT Mitra Kreasi Natural. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing end-to-end web applications, from front-end interfaces to back-end systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces based on UI/UX designs (e.g., Figma) using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build scalable front-end applications using modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Integrate front-end applications with backend services through RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or similar.
• Build and manage secure and efficient APIs for system integration.
• Implement authentication and security systems (JWT, OAuth, encryption, and protection against vulnerabilities such as XSS and SQL Injection).
• Design and manage database structures (SQL and NoSQL) including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Optimize database queries and application performance for scalability.
• Manage version control using Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket) in a collaborative environment.
• Deploy applications to cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Vercel, or similar.
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation for automated testing and deployment.
• Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and maintenance of existing systems.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system stability.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system reliability and uptime.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Proficiency in back-end development using Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiar with authentication methods such as JWT and OAuth.
• Understanding of web security best practices.
• Experience with Git version control systems.
• Familiar with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Vercel, Heroku, etc.).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Experience in testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, PyTest, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
