FT - Full Stack Software Engineer (2 Vacancies) - Closes July 1, 2026
This role is instrumental in driving technical initiatives, overseeing the development and maintenance of both client- and server-side application components. Success in this position requires a versatile technical skill set and the ability to strategically integrate AI to enhance functionality and deliver a seamless, modern user experience.

Zion Church offers a generous benefits package for its full-time team which includes health, vision, dental, and life insurances; many of which are funded at 90-100% by the organization, a selection of elective benefits; along with education reimbursements for upskilling, degree pursuit and certifications. Also included is a 401K plan for full and part-time team members with company matches; unlimited PTO for full-time team-members; and 60-hours of PTO for part-time team members prorated depending upon a start date.
All new team members at Zion Church complete a 90-day probationary period. During this time, supervisors assess performance, job readiness, and alignment with Zion’s employment standards, while team members also determine whether the role is a good fit. At the end of the 90 days, performance will be reviewed. Based on management’s judgment, employment may continue as regular status, the probationary period may be extended, or employment may be ended. Completion of the probationary period does not alter the team member’s at-will employment status.
