Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Remote (EU – Bi-Monthly travel to Paris)

Salary: Up to €150,000 + Bonus & Equity

I'm partnering with a small devtools company whose performance tooling is already used by well known names in AI and infrastructure, and who are looking to bring on at Senior Full-Stack Engineer.

This is a hands on product role in a small, technical team led by the co-founder. You'll own meaningful parts of the product rather than work through tickets, and you'll hear from users directly.

The product is built around AI, so AI fluency is part of the day to day. This isn't a separate agentic pipeline hire. A background at another developer tooling startup is ideal, and Python or some Rust for data and graph work is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Own meaningful parts of the product end to end, from UI through to data
• Build TypeScript services and GraphQL APIs on top of PostgreSQL
• Help move the platform from AWS towards Kubernetes and on prem support
• Bring AI into the product, including agent integrations
• Work directly with users and the co-founder to shape the roadmap

Requirements:

• Strong TypeScript experience across frontend and backend
• Solid grounding in PostgreSQL and GraphQL
• Genuine open source contributions to tools other people use, not personal repo volume
• Proven fluency with AI in how you build and ship
• Comfortable working in English and in the office at least every 2 months
