Role Description This full-time, on-site Full-Stack Mobile Application Developer role is based in Mombasa. The developer will design, build, and maintain mobile applications, working across both front-end interfaces and back-end services. Day-to-day tasks include implementing new features, optimizing performance, integrating APIs, and ensuring secure data handling. The role involves collaborating with product managers and designers, writing clean and testable code, troubleshooting issues, and participating in code reviews. The developer will also contribute to architectural decisions, documentation, and continuous improvement of development workflows.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Mobile Application Development, including experience with Mobile Applications and general Application Development.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their practical application in mobile projects.
• Candidates should possess hands-on experience in iOS Development, including building, testing, and deploying apps to the App Store.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with full-stack concepts, such as RESTful APIs, backend integration, and database interactions.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in at least one modern mobile stack (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter) and related tooling.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional, on-site teams.
• Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git), automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) is beneficial.
