Role Description:

As a Full Stack Developer (Laravel/React) at Cubit Inc., you will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Laravel on the backend and React on the frontend. You will collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into efficient, secure, and scalable features. Daily responsibilities include implementing RESTful APIs, integrating third-party services, optimizing application performance, and ensuring code quality through reviews and best practices. You will also troubleshoot issues, participate in sprint planning, and contribute to technical documentation and architecture decisions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gaushala.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in backend development with PHP and Laravel, including RESTful API design, database integration, and MVC architecture.
• Hands-on experience in frontend development with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, component-based design, and modern UI frameworks.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), query optimization, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with version control and collaboration tools such as Git, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of web application security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture in production environments.
• Ability to analyze requirements, conduct technical research, and propose effective solutions for complex engineering problems.
• Comfort working in an Agile/Scrum environment, including participation in code reviews, stand-ups, and sprint planning.
• Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with mobile-friendly development, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), or DevOps practices is an advantage.
