Mosano is hiring a Full Stack Developer to join our team and work across the projects in our portfolio. You'll work across the stack, building and maintaining modern web applications with a strong focus on code quality, scalability, and delivery speed. You'll collaborate closely with a small, senior team that values autonomy, clean architecture, and pragmatic decision-making.

Mosano is hiring a Full Stack Developer to join our team and work across the projects in our portfolio. You'll work across the stack, building and maintaining modern web applications with a strong focus on code quality, scalability, and delivery speed. You'll collaborate closely with a small, senior team that values autonomy, clean architecture, and pragmatic decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain full stack features across frontend and backend
- Develop and consume REST APIs (GraphQL a plus) to support product functionality
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested TypeScript across the codebase
- Collaborate on architecture decisions for scalability and long-term maintainability
- Work within a Git Flow branching model, contributing to a healthy, reviewable codebase
- Build, containerize, and deploy applications using Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Work with relational and non-relational databases (ex: PostgreSQL / MongoDB)
- Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude CLI or similar LLM tooling) to boost productivity and code quality
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning
Required
- 3+ work experience
- Strong experience with React (component architecture, hooks, state management)
- Solid backend experience with Node.js
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
- Comfortable with Git and working in a Git Flow workflow
- Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude CLI or other LLM-based dev tools)
- Good written and spoken English (you'll work in an English-speaking environment)
- Experience with GraphQL
- Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, or similar services)
- Autonomous and comfortable owning features end-to-end
- Good communication skills, especially in async/remote settings
- Pragmatic problem-solver who balances speed with code quality
- Comfortable moving across different projects and codebases within Mosano's portfolio
