About The Role

The role owns the architecture, development, and scaling of user-facing web applications, delivering performant and accessible interfaces for millions of users daily.

The engineering team collaborates closely with product managers and designers to build robust front-end systems where load time, responsiveness, and reliability matter equally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build responsive, performant user interfaces using TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
  • Design and implement scalable front-end architectures, state management patterns, and reusable component libraries
  • Optimize client-side performance, reducing bundle sizes, improving Core Web Vitals, and minimizing render times
  • Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts, handle data fetching, and manage caching strategies effectively
  • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and actively contribute to front-end engineering best practices

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with a primary focus on modern front-end development
  • Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React ecosystem tools
  • Proven track record of optimizing web application performance and building accessible (WCAG compliant) interfaces
  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or Context API) and modern build tools (Vite, Webpack)
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming models
  • Bonus: Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js), mobile development (React Native), or WebAssembly
