You’ll own features end to end. UI, API, data, deployment. You spot the customer problem, scope it and ship it within a week.

You’ll also work directly with customers, so you see exactly what your work is worth.

What you must have:

• Taken messy requirements to production across the full stack, more than once
• Strong product judgement. You can scope an MVP and pick the metric that matters
• You use AI to build every day. Claude Code, Codex, multiple agents running at once
• You care how things look and feel

What will make you stand out?

• TypeScript, React, Node, PostgreSQL
• Built LLM products or AI agents in production (evals, prompts, human-in-the-loop)
• Designed distributed systems that scale

This one’s not for you if you need a lot of hand-holding, only want to do frontend, or mostly want to work on infrastructure.
