ECOSAFE Training & Consultancy Services is expanding its IT solutions and is looking for a motivated Full-Stack Java Developer to join our growing team.

You’ll be working on the development of a Competency Management, Assessment & Training Platform, as well as other digital solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, React or Angular

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and relational databases

• Implement authentication, authorization, roles, permissions, and workflows

• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions

• Work on competency frameworks, assessments, scoring, gap analysis, and training functionality

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code

• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize applications

• Collaborate with the business owner and technical advisor

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in Java development

• Good knowledge of Java & Spring Boot

• Experience with React or Angular

• Understanding of REST APIs, SQL, and relational databases

• Experience with Git and modern development practices

• Basic understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely

⭐ Nice to Have:

Experience with HR/LMS, competency or assessment systems, dashboards & reporting, Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms, third-party APIs, or technical RFP/RFQ requirements.
