Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team in building an enterprise-grade Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) platform, covering Point of Sale (POS), Back Office, including ERP-level capabilities. We are looking for engineers who can: work full-stack across Go backend microservices and a cross-platform POS client; — become productive in a live, complex codebase with minimal onboarding; and — operate independently across demanding domains such as order, payment, integration, and inventory.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on context in high-throughput transactional systems, third-party and payment integration, performance optimisation, and offline-first POS.

Qualifications

Must Have

• 5+ years of professional experience in Fullstack Software Engineering.
• Strong production experience building and maintaining Go (Golang) backend microservices with the ability to quickly understand and extend existing services.
• Solid understanding of Clean Architecture or Hexagonal Architecture, as well as REST APIs and gRPC.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including query optimization, indexing, explain plan analysis, N+1 query elimination, and batch processing.
• Hands-on experience implementing Redis caching strategies, including TTL management, cache invalidation, deduplication, and caching for high-traffic endpoints.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React (React.js or React Native) for end-to-end fullstack development.
• Experience integrating third-party services such as payment gateways and/or delivery aggregator platforms, with knowledge of asynchronous processing, polling, retry mechanisms, and idempotency.
• Ability to work independently in complex production environments with minimal onboarding.
• Strong Git workflow practices and experience participating in code reviews.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI coding agents in day-to-day development.
• Experience developing systems within the Food & Beverage (F&B), Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), or Point of Sale (POS) domain.
• Experience integrating with food delivery aggregator platforms.
• Familiarity with offline-first architecture, including outbox patterns, store-and-forward synchronization, conflict resolution, and SQLite or other embedded databases.
• Experience building event-driven systems using RabbitMQ or similar message brokers.
