We are seeking a highly autonomous Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of our web applications. From technical architecture and product design down to quality assurance.

In this role, you will lead the development of complex ERP, Fintech, RegTech, HealthTech web-applications, leveraging modern AI coding tools to maximize efficiency and build scalable systems.

Tech Stack & Tools

• Frontend: Angular 21, Tailwind CSS
• Backend: NestJS, PostgreSQL
• Architecture & DevOps: Nx Monorepo, Docker, GitHub
• AI Tooling: Codex or Claude Code (advanced usage expected)

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Execution: Own the full development lifecycle (design, coding, testing, and deployment).
• Product Ownership: Translate business needs into feature specs, make key architecture choices, and shape product strategy.
• Quality & Testing: Ensure high software quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and proactive bug fixing.
• AI-Assisted Engineering: Utilize state-of-the-art AI coding assistants to write clean, high-performance code at speed.

Requirements

• Tech Expertise: Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Angular, NestJS, and PostgreSQL.
• AI-First Mindset: Advanced experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT) to accelerate development workflow.
• Problem Solving: Exceptional logical thinking, system design, and problem-solving skills.
• Product Ownership: Ability to wear multiple hats (Developer, QA, Product Owner) and work independently.
• Prefered Languages: Except English, also fluent in Czech or Slovak or Ukrainian / Russian.
