We’re looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Web Developer to join our growing team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of web development projects from concept to deployment, while ensuring that every solution is scalable, secure, high-performing, and aligned with our brand values.

You’ll work closely with the Owner Representative and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize web solutions that support our hospitality, property, and digital services.

• Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of responsive websites and web applications
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure front-end and back-end solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend technologies such as PHP, Python, or Node.js
• Develop and integrate third-party APIs, booking systems, CRM platforms, payment gateways, and other digital tools
• Define and maintain web architecture, development standards, and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers when required
• Optimize website performance, scalability, SEO/AEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and a consistent user experience across devices
• Monitor website security, identify vulnerabilities, and implement appropriate security measures
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective long-term solutions
• Collaborate with design, marketing, operations, and other teams to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies, development trends, and industry best practices

• Proven experience as a Senior Web Developer or in a similar senior-level web development role
• Strong experience in both front-end and back-end development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one backend language such as PHP, Python, or Node.js
• Strong understanding of databases, APIs, web architecture, and version control systems such as Git
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar systems
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and web accessibility
• Experience with website performance optimization, SEO, and AEO best practices
• Strong knowledge of web security principles and best practices
• Ability to independently manage projects and take ownership of technical solutions
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio, GitHub, or examples of previous web projects are highly encouraged
