NeuroDrive Inc. is developing innovative cognitive performance solutions that help athletes measure, train, and improve their brain performance through advanced technology. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Backend Python Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

·       Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI

·       Develop and maintain RESTful APIs

·       Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases using SQLAlchemy

·       Implement and maintain backend business logic

·       Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code

·       Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

·       Collaborate closely with Product, iOS, QA, and Design teams

·       Support cloud deployment and infrastructure improvements

Requirements

·       Minimum 4 years of professional backend development experience

·       Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI

·       Experience with PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy

·       Solid understanding of REST API design and development

·       Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows

·       Strong understanding of software architecture and backend best practices

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to work independently in a remote Agile environment

·       Experience with AWS would be an added advantage
