The Role

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs
• Develop software tools supporting design, infrastructure, and technology platforms
• Determine hardware compatibility and influence design for seamless integration
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including testing and maintenance
• Perform in-house and onsite support, troubleshooting, and resolution of customer issues
• Travel worldwide to customer locations (up to 25%)
  
  

What You'll Need

• Technical education in Software or Hardware (minimum HTL / technical high school in electrical engineering, software engineering, or similar)
• Excellent computer, troubleshooting, and statistical process control skills
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of operating system principles and basic hardware capabilities
• Ability to establish successful relationships in a multicultural environment
