Position Overview

The Frontend Developer plays a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality user interfaces for one of Mindgruve's strategic digital product initiatives. This position focuses on building scalable, responsive, and visually polished web experiences that directly impact end-user engagement and business outcomes.

Working within a collaborative Product Engineering team, the Frontend Developer will transform product requirements and Figma designs into production-ready applications while ensuring consistency, accessibility, and performance across multiple branded experiences. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a modern frontend architecture, collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering teams, and continuously expand technical expertise within a fast-paced environment.

Designed for an early-to-mid level engineer, this position provides structured mentorship, code reviews, and progressive ownership of increasingly complex features and product areas.

What You'll Do Here

• Frontend Development
• Develop responsive, scalable, and user-centric web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Translate product requirements and Figma designs into high-quality production-ready interfaces.
• Build new features while ensuring consistency, usability, accessibility, and responsive behavior across devices.
• UI Component Development
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components following the organization's design system and frontend standards.
• Ensure visual consistency across multiple branded experiences through scalable component architecture.
• Continuously improve interface quality, usability, and overall user experience.
• Product Delivery & Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the successful delivery of product features from concept through production.
• Code Quality & Continuous Improvement
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot defects, optimize application performance, and improve frontend stability.
• Contribute to improving development standards, documentation, and engineering processes.
• User Experience & Accessibility
• Build interfaces that prioritize accessibility, responsiveness, and intuitive user experiences.
• Validate implementations against design specifications while maintaining attention to visual detail.
• Promote accessibility standards and frontend best practices throughout development.
  

We Need a Person With

• Education Required:
  
  

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred

Certifications or additional training in Frontend Development, JavaScript frameworks, or modern web technologies.

Experience

2+ years of professional experience in Frontend Development.

Experience developing modern web applications using Vue.js or similar JavaScript frameworks.

Experience translating UI/UX designs into responsive web interfaces.

Familiarity working within Agile development environments.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams.
