# Full-Stack Developer
## About the Role
As a Full-Stack Developer at ORTEC LogiqCare, you will work within an innovative, international organization focused on applying software engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to healthcare. The Clinical Care & Research team develops software applications for medical care and biomedical research, including clinical decision-making tools, medical workflow support, and scientific research applications across areas such as cardiovascular medicine, oncology, lung disease, rheumatology, pregnancy, and toxicological prediction models.
You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle using modern architecture and development practices. The healthcare platform uses microservices, CQRS, event sourcing, and domain-driven design, with Angular and TypeScript for frontend development and C# for backend development.
## Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop full-stack software applications for healthcare and biomedical research.
* Create software designs using established design patterns and SOLID principles.
* Write clear and effective technical designs.
* Develop frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript, Cypress, and Playwright.
* Develop backend applications using .NET 10.0 and C#.
* Build and support cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure.
* Work with Azure services including App Service, Web Jobs, Application Insights, CosmosDB, Service Bus, and Azure SQL.
* Participate in an agile software development environment.
* Conduct and participate in code reviews.
* Develop and maintain unit tests.
* Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
* Apply or develop knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
* Contribute to modern software architecture using microservices, CQRS, and event sourcing.
* Participate in on-call duties to support customers 24/7, approximately eight weeks per year.
## Required Qualifications
* Experience with software design, including design patterns and SOLID principles.
* Experience writing technical designs.
* Frontend development experience with Angular and TypeScript.
* Experience with frontend testing tools such as Cypress and Playwright.
* Backend development experience with .NET 10.0 and C#.
* Experience with cloud development, specifically Microsoft Azure.
* Experience working with relevant Azure services such as App Service, Web Jobs, Application Insights, CosmosDB, Service Bus, or Azure SQL.
* Experience working in an agile software development environment.
* Experience with code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/deployment.
* Willingness to participate in on-call support duties approximately eight weeks per year.
* Willingness to work in a collaborative and continuously learning environment.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
* Strong interest in Domain-Driven Design and modern software architecture.
* Experience with microservices architecture.
* Experience with CQRS and event sourcing.
* Experience developing software applications for healthcare or biomedical research.

## Work Arrangement & Schedule
* Permanent position.
* Remote work is supported with a well-equipped home workspace and IT resources.
* Home working allowance and compensation for private internet connection are provided.
* On-call customer support is required approximately eight weeks per year to support customers 24/7.
* Additional compensation is provided for on-call duties.
