Mid‑Level Full‑Stack Developer

Location: Fully Remote (UK) with occasional ad‑hoc visits to our Cannock office

About the Role

We are looking for a capable and motivated Mid‑Level Full‑Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. You’ll work across the full stack, contributing to both front‑end and back‑end development of modern web applications, and collaborating closely with product managers, and fellow developers.

This is a fully remote role; however, you may occasionally be required to attend the office in Cannock for team sessions, planning, or key meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL

• Build and consume RESTful APIs

• Deliver high‑quality, maintainable, and well‑tested code across the stack

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and implement features

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues

Required Skills & Experience

• Commercial experience as a mid‑level full‑stack developer

• Strong front‑end experience with React

• Solid back‑end development experience with Node.js

• Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases

• Good understanding of full‑stack web architecture

• Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment

Desirable Skills

• Experience with AWS

• Experience using Tailwind CSS

• Experience with Next.js

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑based deployments
