Qualifications

- Minimum of 14 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases such as SQL and MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with React and Redux for frontend development.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and SVN.
- Interest and experience working within Agile development teams, including requirements gathering, design, and deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Leverage Kotlin and React to develop and enhance a robust web application supporting a critical mission system used by hundreds of active users.
- Participate in full-stack development, including designing, coding, testing, and deploying new features and patches.
- Support rapid development cycles by providing timely updates, patches, and system improvements to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate closely with analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize relational and non-relational databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Implement best practices for code quality, security, and documentation to facilitate maintainability and scalability.
