About The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing enterprise-grade web applications utilizing Java and React, contributing to the evolution of our core product offerings. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, energetic professional who is eager to become an expert in RainFocus products and industry best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and UX, to design and implement user-centric features that incorporate AI-driven functionalities, such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval pipelines, and API integrations. Your work will directly impact some of the largest events globally, helping to create smarter, more personalized experiences for users and internal teams alike. This role offers the opportunity to innovate at the intersection of AI and intuitive product design, making a tangible difference in the event management industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience working on full stack codebases
• Proficiency with Java, React, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or Vue
• Experience with AI-Assisted Engineering tools like Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs, AI agents, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and design principles
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or MSSQL, including database design and advanced SQL
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with backend systems in service-oriented architectures
• Ability to make effective trade-offs between engineering and product requirements
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or other AI Agentic frameworks
• Experience driving zero-to-one development of key technical capabilities
• Experience with frameworks like Struts2 MVC, Spring Framework
• API integration experience with third-party systems
• Prior experience as a team lead or in a leadership role
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core product features with an emphasis on usability, security, and scalability
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and UX teams to create thoughtful, client-facing experiences
• Build and iterate on prototypes that incorporate LLMs, APIs, and retrieval pipelines
• Implement full-stack features, including database schema design, backend services, and frontend components
• Work on real-time user interactions and ensure seamless integration across the platform
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold best practices in software development
• Engage in continuous learning to stay current with industry trends, especially in AI and web development
