About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with approximately 4–6 years of professional experience to join our client's growing engineering team.

You will help design, build and scale the technology platforms powering the company's marketplace, logistics and infrastructure products.

Working across the entire technology stack, from databases and backend architecture to intuitive user interfaces, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers and fellow engineers to turn innovative ideas into scalable, real-world solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full-stack web applications and APIs supporting the company's technology and logistics platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality software solutions.
• Build scalable, reliable and efficient frontend and backend systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions and technical planning.
• Optimize application performance, scalability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes and continuous product improvement.
• Help develop technology that connects digital platforms with physical infrastructure and real-world business operations.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 4–6 years of professional software engineering experience, including demonstrated full-stack development.
• Proficiency in a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue or similar.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails or similar.
• Strong understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, testing, Git, data structures and algorithms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in building and improving products.

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketplace technology, logistics, real estate technology or operational platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and infrastructure-as-code.
• TypeScript experience.
• Experience developing technology that supports physical operations or distributed business networks.

Hebrew speakers are welcome and encouraged to apply. Hebrew language skills are a plus, but not required.

Location & Working Arrangements

The company is headquartered in Miami, Florida.

This position offers flexibility to work remotely within the United States or onsite at the company's Miami office.

Candidates must be based in the U.S. East Coast or Midwest to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with the company's operating hours and teams.
