About the Role

GrowFund is looking for a Software Engineer to develop and maintain its digital platform. The role includes backend and front-end development, API integration, database work, testing, and secure handling of user information.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and platform features.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end components.
• Support features related to user accounts, document uploads, loan matching, and application workflows.
• Integrate third-party services and AI-based platform functions.
• Test, troubleshoot, and improve system performance.
• Follow secure coding and data-protection practices.
• Maintain clear and organized technical documentation.
• Work closely with product, AI, and business team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in software, backend, full-stack, or SaaS development.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or a similar language.
• Experience with frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, Node.js, Express, React, or Vue.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Knowledge of APIs, authentication, cloud services, and secure application development.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, financial services, or data-based platforms is an asset.
