We're looking for a Software Developer with experience in systems development and business automation to help build, implement, and optimize our internal software solutions and workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating efficient systems, integrating platforms, and developing scalable business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business automation solutions.
• Configure, customize, and integrate software platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain business systems and workflows.
• Develop integrations between software applications and third-party tools.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing systems.
• Train team members on how to use the systems effectively.
• Create user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation for ongoing system usage.
• Ensure systems remain reliable, secure, and scalable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development and business process automation.
• Experience building system integrations using APIs and automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of workflow design and business systems.
• Experience configuring and managing software platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Monday.com is required.
• Experience with automation tools such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, Power Automate, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables.

Project Details

• Part-time: Approximately 20 hours per week.
