Job Summary

Accelyst is seeking a Senior Software Developer (Full Stack) with strong expertise in the MERN stack to design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-stack development, technical documentation, cloud technologies, DevOps, and Agile delivery.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement application enhancements using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.
• Develop bug fixes, technical improvements, platform upgrades, and new application features.
• Maintain solution architecture artifacts, technical designs, models, diagrams, and supporting documentation.
• Create and maintain build books, deployment procedures, release documentation, and operational/support guides.
• Develop accessible solutions aligned with AODA requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional, security, privacy, integration, and cloud requirements.
• Support architecture, security, privacy, and governance reviews.
• Implement secure authentication solutions using OAuth 2.0 and SAML.
• Support cloud-native application development and deployment in Microsoft Azure.
• Manage source control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Provide knowledge transfer and technical documentation to support operational continuity.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience with the MERN stack.
• 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining technical and operational documentation.
• Strong experience with MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience with solution design documentation, architecture artifacts, models, and diagrams.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices, OAuth 2.0, and SAML.
• Experience with DevOps, source control, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
