About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full-Stack Developer to join our Technology team in Paris, Châtelet. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development of critical product features, guide a talented team of developers, and influence the technical direction of our platform. As Lead Dev, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of features, making architectural decisions aligned with our scalability and product goals, and maintaining high standards of code quality. You will stay hands-on in the codebase while mentoring team members, fostering a culture of craftsmanship, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact projects. Your leadership will be pivotal in scaling our engineering organization as we expand our product surface and client base, helping us build robust, scalable, and innovative solutions that drive value for enterprise clients.

Qualifications
- Deep, hands-on experience building full-stack applications in TypeScript
- Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React, hooks, state management, performance optimization)
- Extensive experience with Node.js backend frameworks such as NestJS and Fastify
- Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS architectures and associated scalability challenges
- Experience working with containers, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Solid understanding of testing principles including TDD, unit, and integration testing
- Proven track record of deploying and operating SaaS solutions in production environments
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams
- Excellent command of both French and English, with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly Azure / AKS, Docker, Helm, and GitHub Actions
- Experience working with AI integrations, including deploying language models and working with AI APIs
- Lead the end-to-end development of full-stack features within your squad, ensuring alignment with product goals and scalability requirements
- Make architectural decisions that optimize performance, security, and maintainability of the platform
- Maintain a hands-on approach by actively contributing to code development and reviews
- Oversee the release lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery of features
- Uphold high code quality standards through rigorous code reviews and continuous refactoring
- Collaborate with Product teams to define and prioritize the squad's roadmap and deliverables
- Balance scope, quality, and deadlines to meet organizational objectives
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning and craftsmanship
- Contribute to hiring efforts by participating in sourcing and interview processes
- Promote best practices in testing, DevOps, and software engineering within your team
- Help evolve the technical stack and infrastructure to support growth and innovation
