Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full-stack Developer role based in the United States. The Full-stack Developer will design, build, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers, collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, developing APIs and services, integrating data sources, and ensuring application performance, security, and scalability. The role also involves reviewing code, writing automated tests, participating in architecture discussions, and contributing to continuous integration and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will help translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining clear documentation and supporting ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining production web applications.
  • Proficiency in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
  • Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and at least one server-side language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or C#).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Experience with testing practices (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and CI/CD tools.
  • Understanding of security best practices, performance optimization, and scalable architecture for web applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment.
