XYZ AI Inc. is a boutique AI software company building products such as StealthGPT, StudySim, and Rapid Resume. We work across research, product development, and practical AI applications.

We’re hiring a full-time, remote Full Stack Junior Developer based in the United States. Eastern Time availability is preferred.

In this role, you’ll help build and improve web-based AI products across the frontend, backend, and API layers. You’ll work across multiple projects, take ownership of your work, and use AI-assisted development tools as a core part of your engineering workflow.

What you’ll do

• Build responsive interfaces with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
• Develop backend services and integrate REST APIs.
• Build, test, debug, and maintain production features.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product stakeholders.
• Move between projects as priorities evolve.
• Participate in code reviews and help maintain high engineering standards.
• Use AI coding tools heavily while reviewing, testing, and taking responsibility for generated code.
• Document technical decisions and support deployment and performance improvements.

Required qualifications

• 3–5+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or higher.
• United States-based; Eastern Time availability preferred.
• Professional experience with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
• Web development and backend development experience.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience using AI coding tools, or a strong willingness to make AI-assisted development a major part of your workflow.
• Strong ownership, initiative, flexibility, and attention to code quality.
• Ability to work across multiple products and submit reliable, maintainable code.

Compensation

$80,000/year + equity.
