About The Role

We are seeking a talented Front-End Engineer specializing in Vue SPA and Tailwind CSS to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to extend our MVP into a comprehensive version 1.0 product. Your primary focus will be creating intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enable technical and non-technical users to seamlessly interact with our platform. You will help design onboarding flows, embed live screenshots, develop syncing mechanisms, and build analytics dashboards, all aimed at delivering a smooth user experience. Your feedback from working directly with internal API endpoints and customer-facing features will be instrumental in refining our product and ensuring it meets the needs of modern customer support teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a product at the intersection of web development, UI/UX design, and cloud integration, making a tangible impact on our company's growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in front-end development, particularly in building production-level B2B web applications.
• Proficiency in Vue 3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and HeadlessUI for crafting responsive and accessible UI components.
• Strong understanding of CSS, including vanilla CSS, for creating engaging UI elements.
• Familiarity with consuming and documenting internal APIs, as well as integrating with backend services like DynamoDB and GraphQL.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Vitest.
• Knowledge of analytics, event tagging, and research tools to inform UI/UX decisions.
• Passion for applying UI/UX principles, including conducting UX research to improve user workflows.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a focus on clarity and precision.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, tickets, and code branches efficiently.
• A proactive mindset with a desire to contribute to a startup environment and take ownership of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance user interfaces for onboarding flows, setup processes, and integration tools to ensure ease of use for technical and non-technical users.
• Implement features to enable seamless embedding of live screenshots into customer destinations and help centers.
• Create reliable syncing flows and notification dashboards to facilitate real-time updates and data consistency.
• Build analytics dashboards and reporting tools to monitor platform performance and user engagement metrics.
• Contribute to expanding our Cloud Browser tool, enabling customers to identify and tag web elements for automated screenshotting.
• Optimize UI components for responsiveness, accessibility, and visual appeal, incorporating B2C design elements where appropriate.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate front-end components with internal APIs, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
• Participate in UX research and testing to refine user workflows and improve overall platform usability.
• Write clean, thoroughly tested, and well-documented code to ensure maintainability and scalability.
