Accountabilities
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain Windows-based software solutions,
contributing to both new feature development and long-term platform improvements.
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality Windows desktop class="bg-amber-100">applications using class="bg-amber-100">C# and WPF
- Develop and deliver new product features while ensuring performance, stability, and usability standards
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues across application layers
- Contribute to architectural decisions, refactoring efforts, and long-term codebase health
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into class="bg-amber-100">technical solutions
- Interface with native components where necessary, including C/class="bg-amber-100">C++ integrations
- Optimize application performance, particularly in graphics, media, and resource-intensive workflows
- Participate in code reviews and support engineering best practices across the team
Requirements

- Strong experience developing Windows desktop class="bg-amber-100">applications using class="bg-amber-100">C# and WPF
- Solid understanding of Windows application architecture and software design principles
- Experience delivering production-quality software with attention to performance and reliability
- Ability to work through ambiguous requirements and drive projects to completion independently
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and system-level problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of trade-offs between refactoring now vs. later
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Experience interfacing class="bg-amber-100">C# class="bg-amber-100">applications with native code (C/class="bg-amber-100">C++) is a plus
- Familiarity with performance optimization for Windows class="bg-amber-100">applications is highly valued
- Exposure to class="bg-amber-100">video/audio systems or graphics rendering (DirectX/OpenGL) is a plus
