Company Description @OPUPGROUPAI is an early-stage technology company focused on building AI-driven products and infrastructure from the ground up. As a founding team, the company emphasizes rapid experimentation, close collaboration, and ownership over core systems and product direction. Team members have the opportunity to shape technical standards, development practices, and the long-term roadmap. The organization values curiosity, pragmatic innovation, and a strong bias toward shipping reliable, user-focused solutions. Joining @OPUPGROUPAI means contributing directly to the foundation and culture of a growing AI-focused company.
Role Description This is a full-time remote Founding Engineer role. The position involves designing, implementing, and maintaining core

security of the platform. The role also includes collaborating with product and design to translate requirements into technical solutions, setting engineering standards, and selecting tools and frameworks. As a founding team member, the engineer participates in strategic technical decisions, helps refine the product roadmap, and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality delivery.
