■ Minimum Requirements

- Practical development experience with React and TypeScript.

- Experience using state management libraries such as Redux.

- Proven experience in CSS design and coding.

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with React Hooks, unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest), and CSS-in-JS.

- Experience as a Tech Lead, including driving technology selection and architecture design.
