Position: Full Stack Developer (Laravel/React)

Essential Skills:

• Strong understanding of PHP and the Laravel framework
• Experience with React, including knowledge of component-based architecture and reusable UI components
• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools such as Webpack and Babel
• Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and database management
• Understanding of web security principles and how to implement them in Laravel/React applications
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration
• Proficiency in Git and version control workflows
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across the stack
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong knowledge of web standards and best practices, including performance optimization and accessibility
• Basic experience with Linux server management (e.g., configuring Nginx/Apache, handling CLI-based deployment)
• Experience in project leadership – managing timelines, coordinating tasks, and delivering project milestones
• Proven ability in team management, mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative development environment

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or Angular
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development principles
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean
• Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
• Intermediate to advanced Linux server administration (e.g., firewall config, process monitoring, SSH, cron jobs)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps practices
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing tools like PHPUnit, Jest, or Pest
• Understanding of real-time technologies like WebSockets or Server-Sent Events
