Role Description<

This is a full-time remote role for a Software Backend Developer (Claude + Lovable) at GeoSnake | AI Optimization. The Software Backend Developer will design, implement, and maintain backend services that power AI visibility tracking, analytics, and reporting features, with a particular focus on integrating and orchestrating workflows across Claude and Lovable. Responsibilities include building APIs, data pipelines, and microservices that ingest, process, and store AI-generated data at scale, ensuring performance, reliability, and security. The role involves collaborating closely with product and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimize queries and data models, and support experimentation with prompts, scoring algorithms, and AI analysis tools. The developer will also contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, automated testing, and documentation to maintain a high-quality, maintainable codebase in a fast-moving environment.


Qualifications

  • Strong backend engineering skills, including proficiency with modern server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go, or similar) and experience building RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience working with AI/LLM ecosystems, including integrating with tools such as Claude and other AI platforms, designing prompt workflows, and handling AI-generated content programmatically.
  • Solid data engineering and storage skills, including relational and NoSQL databases, query optimization, data modeling, and building scalable data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, such as containerization (Docker), CI/CD workflows, monitoring, logging, and deployment on major cloud providers.
  • Background in software quality and maintainability, including unit and integration testing, code reviews, documentation, and adherence to security and reliability best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate in a remote-first environment, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and work autonomously on complex technical problems.
