Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS 
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable frontend components/modules 
• Develop responsive, mobile-first user interfaces with excellent user experience 
• Integrate and work with RESTful APIs and backend services 
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation based on UI/UX designs 
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility 
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, and code reviews 
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Designers, and QA Engineers 
• Contribute to the development of SaaS and AI-powered products for international clients 

Requirements 

Required Skills 

• 3–7 years of experience in web application development 
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript 
• Strong experience with ReactJS 
• Solid understanding of: 
• React Hooks 
• State Management (Redux, Context API, or similar) 
• Component Architecture 
• Functional Programming 
• Immutability 
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS 
• Experience building responsive and mobile-first applications 
• Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs 
• Good understanding of Web Performance Optimization 
• Experience working with Git 
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and software design principles 
• Ability to understand business requirements and work directly with PMs/BAs when needed 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset 

For Full Stack Candidates 

In addition to the above requirements: 

• Experience developing backend services using NodeJS (ExpressJS, NestJS, or similar frameworks) 
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs 
• Experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB 
• Basic understanding of Authentication, Authorization, and Web Security 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with Next.js 
• Experience with MongoDB 
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines 
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform 
• Experience integrating AI/LLM services (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) 
• Experience with WebSocket or real-time applications 
• Experience building SaaS or Enterprise Applications 
• Basic English communication skills
