Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Frontend / Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend systems. This role involves working across the full technology stack to deliver high-quality, secure, and efficient digital solutions that support business objectives and user needs.

The successful candidate will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to build responsive user interfaces, robust server-side logic, and reliable data-driven systems. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

On the frontend side, you will create intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces that deliver seamless user experiences across devices and browsers. On the backend side, you will develop APIs, manage databases, implement business logic, and ensure system performance, scalability, and security.

Key responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, integrating frontend components with backend services, optimizing application performance, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will also participate in code reviews, testing processes, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Additional responsibilities may include designing database structures, supporting cloud deployment, implementing third-party integrations, maintaining technical documentation, and contributing to system architecture decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and passionate about building reliable and scalable software solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks).
• Strong understanding of backend development, APIs, and server-side programming.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and data modeling principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and system integration concepts.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of application security and performance optimization basics.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or deployment processes is an advantage.
