How you'll contribute

• Own technical delivery for product squads building modern web applications.
• Design clean architectures, champion code quality, and guide implementation across the stack.
• Collaborate with product, design, and delivery partners to prioritise work and remove blockers.
• Coach engineers through pairing, feedback, and continuous improvement rituals.
  
  

Requirements

What sets you up for success

• 7+ years of experience shipping web applications with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Proficiency in building and consuming APIs, working with relational and document databases.
• Track record of leading engineering initiatives and partnering closely with product stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate remotely with optional onsite time in New York/Remote.

Nice-to-have experience

• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevSecOps practices.
• Comfort with observability tooling and data-driven performance optimisation.
