Software Engineer — Mobile & Web (React Native)

CTMEDTECH develops healthcare technology and AI for clinical practice. Our work spans electronic medical records and patient management, telemedicine, AI-assisted medical imaging, and health data analysis — software used in real clinical settings to help care teams work faster and make better-informed decisions.

Our Gemini Suite brings AI to ophthalmology, supporting the diagnosis and management of eye disease. Alongside it, BlueGene applies AI to the analysis of laboratory tests and health data for longevity and preventive care, turning results into insight patients and clinicians can act on.

We are looking for a Software Engineer to build the mobile and web products behind this work — React Native for mobile, modern React on the web — and who treats AI as a first-class tool in everyday work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build, ship, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications with React Native (iOS and Android)
• Develop responsive web interfaces in React for our platforms and internal tools
• Integrate with backend REST APIs, authentication, push notifications, offline support, and device features
• Bring AI into both the product and your own workflow — LLM-powered features and AI coding assistants
• Own the release process, including App Store and Google Play submissions

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years shipping production applications with React Native
• Proficiency building web front ends with React, including HTML/CSS and responsive UI
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals
• Solid experience with REST APIs, state management (Redux or Zustand), and navigation
• At least one application published to the App Store or Google Play
• Demonstrated, deliberate use of AI coding assistants and LLMs in a real working process

PREFERRED

• Native module development (iOS/Android), Expo, or Next.js
• Experience in healthcare, medical, or imaging software
• Backend or full-stack capability (Node.js, .NET, or Python)
• Mobile CI/CD (EAS, Fastlane) and testing (Jest, Detox)
• Hands-on LLM application work — RAG, tool use, or on-device AI
