Join a fast-growing startup that is leading the way in Clinical Intelligence, with a suite of AI tools that are supercharging clinicians. They're looking for a Senior Staff Engineer to act as a Tech Lead, working closely with the CTO & CEO, leading new product development from the front.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on across the full stack
• Work closely with executive leadership to set the product roadmap
• Develop HIPPA compliant AI/agentic workflows
• Lead & mentor other Engineers

Requirements

• 8+ years Full-Stack experience
• Software polyglot, comfortable across the entire stack
• 2+ years' experience with LLMs or Agentic AI required
• Startup experience strongly preferred
• HealthTech experience strongly preferred
