The Role

• Design and develop innovative AI projects to solve complex problems
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI applications from evaluation and conception to deployment and production
• Implement standard software development practices including version control, testing, and DevOps
• Identify and evaluate new AI use cases, integrating them into existing business processes
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to build and scale AI solutions
• Optimize existing AI models for performance, scalability, accuracy, and security
  
  

What You'll Need

• Minimum five years of experience in software development with practical experience in generative AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Typescript, and Go
• Experience with REST APIs and databases
• Understanding of generative AI methodologies like RAG, Fine-Tuning, Agents, and Reasoning Workflows
• Ability to plan architecture and software for automation, stability, and maintainability
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Very good German and English language skills (at least C1)
