What You Will Do

• Build and ship end-to-end features for core AI voice and chat products using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Python on Kubernetes.
• Integrate advanced speech recognition, text-to-speech, and conversational AI models into production systems to enhance human-like interaction quality.
• Optimize and debug production systems to balance low latency, cost efficiency, and user delight across millions of daily conversations.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• Has 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, specifically building complex real-time systems or SaaS products at scale.
• Demonstrates mastery of TypeScript, React, and Node.js for production-grade backend systems, alongside proficiency in Python and cloud environments like GCP.
• Proven track record of owning and shipping maintainable solutions while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, and testing workflows.
