As a Senior Full-stack Developer at NSC, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, with fixed working hours from 2PM to 10PM Vietnam time.

We are looking for smart Full-Stack Developers to join a flexible pool of engineers working with an international team. You will work on a collaboration platform called cplace, using Java/Spring Boot on the backend and Angular on the frontend. You don’t need any prior cplace knowledge: we provide a structured onboarding of about 2 weeks to get you up to speed.

We value quick learners with solid fundamentals over long job titles.

• Develop full-stack features: build and maintain backend services in Java/Spring Boot and user interfaces in Angular.
• Ramp up on cplace: complete the onboarding programme and start contributing to the platform quickly.
• Deliver with quality: write clean, maintainable code, follow good Git practice, and take part in regular quality reviews.
• Collaborate across teams: coordinate with the international team, working asynchronously where possible, and communicate progress clearly in English.
• Track your time: follow the onboarding and timesheet process with the project manager for accurate hourly billing.

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record delivering real products or client projects at a senior level. We value sharp fundamentals and fast learners over long job titles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot: building and maintaining REST APIs, working with Spring Data and Spring Security, writing clean, well-tested backend code, and working with relational databases.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript: building maintainable UI with components, services, routing, forms, and RxJS, and connecting it to backend APIs.
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks, review others’ code, and make sound technical decisions with minimal supervision.
• Quick to ramp up on an unfamiliar codebase and platform.
• Comfortable with Git workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews) and able to work asynchronously with clear written updates.
• Good English, written and spoken, for daily technical communication with an international team.
• Examples of your work, such as code samples, a GitHub profile, or reference projects.

• Able to explain technical solutions and trade-offs clearly.
• Comfortable participating in technical discussions, estimates, and proposals.

• Prior cplace experience (we provide about 2 weeks of onboarding).
