Company Description Konfidant enables individuals and organizations to share sensitive files, secrets, and messages securely using encrypted, self-destructing links. The platform provides end-to-end encryption and burn-on-read capabilities to ensure that confidential information is accessed only once and then destroyed. Time-limited access controls further protect data by restricting when content can be viewed. Konfidant focuses on building privacy-first solutions that are simple to use while maintaining strong security standards, making it a reliable choice for secure digital communication.

Role Description The Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain secure, scalable backend services that power Konfidant’s encrypted sharing platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing existing systems, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with product and security teams to ensure robust end-to-end encryption and secure link management. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues, improving performance, and contributing to architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning. This is a full-time remote role, requiring effective communication, ownership of deliverables, and adherence to secure coding best practices.
