2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Product Engineer role is central to the engineering team, responsible for end-to-end ownership of application layer features. This position involves defining product requirements, making design and user experience decisions, coordinating AI tools to enhance development, and ensuring quality in production. The role requires full-stack expertise and a comprehensive understanding of the platform and its users, driving projects from concept to completion.

3. Responsibilities:

• Own feature development from product requirements through design, implementation, and production quality
• Write product requirement documents and make design and UX decisions independently
• Orchestrate AI agents to accelerate the delivery process
• Maintain a full-stack understanding of the platform and avoid specialization silos
• Deliver concrete solutions by combining hands-on development and AI tools

4. Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of professional software engineering experience with user-facing products
• Strong frontend skills in React (TypeScript) with clean component design and visual sensibility
• Proficient backend development in .NET (C#), including API design and service layer implementation
• Experience with MSSQL including query optimization and schema design
• Demonstrated use of AI agents in product delivery workflows
• Strong product sensibility, able to define requirements and make design decisions without a designer
• Comfortable with remote, asynchronous work and autonomous environments
• Experience with version control systems like GitHub and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to provide examples of previous work and clearly define personal contributions

Highly desired:

• Familiarity with React Native, Firebase/Firestore, Auth0, ASP.NET MVC, AI tooling integration, and MongoDB
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in computer science or related field
• Ability to contribute to strategic planning and architecture discussions

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Compensation starts at $120,000 annually, scaling with experience
