Role Description This full-time, on-site Fullstack Software Developer role is based in Kabupaten Bandung Barat and involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across both front-end and back-end components. The developer collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and implement features that are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, tested code, integrating APIs and third-party services, optimizing application performance, and troubleshooting issues in development and production environments. The role also involves participating in code reviews, improving existing systems, maintaining technical documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices and tools.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining server-side applications.
• Solid Programming skills and hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with common web technologies and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React/Vue/Angular, or similar stacks).
• Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to debug complex issues, write unit/integration tests, and follow secure coding and performance optimization practices.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
