📍 UK or Ireland | Remote-first | £100K - £120K + equity

We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join my clients Platform team at a fast-growing, Series C backed developer tools company - trusted by some of the most demanding engineering organisations in the world to protect and accelerate their software delivery.

This isn't a role where you own one service and sit in a lane. You'll be working across the full stack - from AWS class="bg-amber-100">infrastructure through to class="bg-amber-100">backend application code - solving problems that span service boundaries and don't always have a clear path forward. One week you're diagnosing a performance regression for an enterprise customer, the next you're rethinking how authentication or billing works at scale.

  • Keeping systems fast, reliable, and running smoothly across a distributed architecture
  • Working closely with product, design, and customer success to solve real problems
  • Raising engineering standards through class="bg-amber-100">testing, code review, and mentoring
  • Owning problems end to end, not just handing off tickets

  • Regular team gatherings and engineering days, fully remote otherwise
  • On a trajectory toward IPO and beyond - now is a genuinely exciting time to join

If you're the kind of engineer who gravitates toward the hard problems underneath the product and wants to work somewhere that genuinely cares about doing things properly - we'd love to hear from you.
